This policy explains what personal information Clif’s Natural Remedies (“we”, “us”) collects when you use clifsnaturalremedies.com, join our email list, buy a product, or join the Remedies Vault, and how we use and protect it. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name and email address when you sign up for a free guide, your starting plan, or our newsletter; and messages you send us, including remedy requests and members’ Q&A posts.
- Purchase and account information: name, email, billing country, and order history. Payments are handled by our payment processors (for example Stripe or PayPal through our checkout provider). We never see or store your full card number.
- Automatic information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
- Comments: if you leave a comment, we collect what you enter and your IP address, and we use anti-spam tools to screen it.
How we use it
- To deliver what you asked for: guides, emails, products, and membership access.
- To send our newsletter and related offers, only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To answer your questions and remedy requests.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (analytics).
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud and spam.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Service providers we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with providers who help us run the site, under their own privacy terms:
The Detox Readiness Assessment runs in your browser. Your answers aren’t sent to us or stored.
- Systeme.io (our email list and emails). Checkout and memberships run on our own website.
- Our web host (HostGator), which stores the website and its data
- Payment processors (for example Stripe or PayPal)
- Google (Analytics, Site Kit, and AdSense ads, which may use cookies to show ads based on your visits)
- Our website host and security and anti-spam tools (for example Wordfence and Antispam Bee)
- Affiliate networks, when you click an affiliate link (they may set their own cookies to track the referral)
Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@clifsnaturalremedies.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or another U.S. state with a privacy law), you may have more rights, and we will honour them as required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and security monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
