Parasite Cleanse Protocol

A paced, three-phase approach: Prepare, Eliminate, Re-Build.

A paced, herbal approach to parasite cleansing that follows the Prepare, Eliminate, Re-Build order, so your body can clear what it releases.

This page is the free overview. The complete step-by-step parasite protocol, plus herb profiles, safety notes and a members’ Q&A, is in the Remedies Vault. See what’s in the Vault →

Is this protocol for you?

People often look into this protocol when they notice:

  • Ongoing digestive upset, bloating or irregular bowels
  • Strong sugar cravings
  • Itching at night or trouble sleeping
  • Tiredness that food and rest don’t fix

These signs have many possible causes, so they are not a diagnosis. If symptoms are new, severe or ongoing, see your doctor first. Only a stool test ordered by a healthcare provider can confirm a parasite infection, and a confirmed infection should be treated by them.

How it works: the three phases

1 · Prepare

Get your bowels moving daily, drink plenty of water and add fibre. A cleanse only works if what it loosens can leave, so this phase comes first and usually takes about 4 weeks, including rebuilding your capacity (minerals from food, steady meals, good sleep).

2 · Eliminate

Herbs traditionally used in parasite cleanses include wormwood, black walnut hull and clove, often taken in cycles alongside a binder (such as fibre or clay) to help carry waste out. Start low and increase slowly.

3 · Re-Build

Rebuild the gut with fermented foods, fibre and mineral-rich meals, and keep sugar low so the environment stays less friendly to unwanted organisms.

Safety first

  • Do not use wormwood or strong cleansing herbs if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, or have a seizure disorder.
  • Black walnut is a tree nut. Avoid it if you have a nut allergy.
  • Take binders at least 2 hours away from medication and supplements, because they can reduce absorption.
  • Children and pets need products made for them. Ask your doctor or vet.
  • Stop and seek medical care if you have severe pain, fever, blood in your stool or rapid weight loss.
