These terms apply to your use of clifsnaturalremedies.com and to any product or membership you buy from Clif’s Natural Remedies. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.
Educational content only
Everything we provide is educational and is not medical advice. Please read our Medical Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.
Digital products
Our products, such as the Structured Detox Method, guides, and protocols, are digital and delivered online. Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars (USD), plus any applicable taxes. We sell to customers in Canada and the United States.
Remedies Vault membership
- The Remedies Vault is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month at the price shown when you joined until you cancel.
- Founding-member pricing stays in place for as long as your membership stays active without a break, unless we tell you otherwise in advance.
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@clifsnaturalremedies.com. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Features depend on your tier. We may add, change, or remove library content over time.
- Remedy requests are suggestions. We don’t guarantee that every request will be published or when.
- The members’ Q&A is answered by a person, not by AI. Answers are general education, not personal medical advice, and they are not an emergency service.
Cancellations
Your membership can be cancelled anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Payments already made for past billing periods aren’t refunded, except where the law requires. If you have a problem with an order, contact us at support@clifsnaturalremedies.com and we will work to fix it.
Your account and our content
- Keep your login details private. Membership access is for one person and may not be shared.
- All content on this site is owned by Clif’s Natural Remedies or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, publicly share, or redistribute our products, protocols, or member content.
- We may suspend or end access for anyone who shares accounts, abuses the Q&A, or breaks these terms.
Community rules
In comments and the members’ Q&A, be respectful. Don’t post spam, other people’s personal information, or anything unlawful. We may remove content at our discretion.
Third-party links and products
The site links to third-party products and websites, some through affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). We are not responsible for their products, content, or policies. Buying from them is between you and that seller.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and our products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clif’s Natural Remedies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date posted. For memberships, we will give you notice of price changes before they take effect.
Governing law and contact
